Order number 2300128740 placed on Monday morning 23rd January, order to be delivered within 5-10 working days, I have sent 4 emails to requesting an update on delivery, I received one response on Wednesday 25th stating they would speak to the brand partner and revert, I still have not received a response.
Can someone please give me an update

Thank you for your reply, however I want to confirm I have only received one email from you on 25th as stated above, I have checked my spam and junk mail but no emails in there either. I can also Confirm the dress did not arrive yesterday. Can someone please call me with an update as the ball I am attending is taking place next week. I do not make a habit of writing bad reviews and if my dress arrives on time, I promise I will write a review stating this

Placed an order on the 23rd January paid £4.99 for next day business, apparently they don’t have my size, only by coincidence when I emailed them they told me, option was to send one size smaller but I needed this for a 26th january, the agent called me and fast tracked my order with Royal Mail for next day signature delivery before 09:00am which i thought was very impressive. The blouse fitted really well, good judgement call. Thanks willl definitely use them again.

Great customer service, they went above and beyond to get their parcel to me on time. The strikes are causing a nightmare for businesses and I really feel sorry as it's chaos out there. Sadly the dress didn't fit :( but I sent it back and got a refund, no problems.

Bit worried after reading some of the reviews. I bought a size 12 dress which was too small. Tried a 14 but found the dress just didn't suit. Returned the 2 dresses and bought a further one of the site. All 3 cost £260.00. I kept the 3rd one as was happy with that. One of the previous 2 dresses has been refunded but I am fighting to get the second one refunded. It seems now that they think the third one was a replacement and believe they don't owe anything. It's a lot of money to me to be messed about with and is for my daughter's wedding. Emails still going back and forth.

Very awful company . I tried to return a dress immediately one day after I received it. Although they charge for delivery they also charge for return as well . But this is not all . Now it has been 2weeks since I returned my item and I am still waiting for my refund. The customer service is awful and there is no one to respond . The delivery was with Royal Mail 48 hours track so it must have been arrived by now . But still I have not heard from them

I returned an order on 9 July and have had no word on my refund of £783 by today 1 August. I have not been able to contact anyone by phone as the only customer services phone number I could find (0161 277 7046) was out of service. I have had to email my concerns and have no idea how long I’ll have to wait for a reply. [update - email returned undeliverable]. I now have no method of contact.

I recommend caution when buying from this firm. The Little Black Dress is also Fashion Ventures which makes it harder to track payment and contact details.

Fantastic delivery and customer service!

I ordered my bridesmaid dresses and was nervous that they wouldn’t be delivered before Saturday 11th June. I emailed the customer service team and they explained that they may not be delivered on time due to the bank holiday weekend. However, they have just come today!

I’m very happy with the service! I just hope the dresses fit my bridesmaids?? If not, I’m sure LBD will help me find the right size(s)☺️

I have ordered from here twice and both times I’m told the dresses are on their way, then are subsequently refunded because they are out of stock. The customer service really is poor for such expensive dresses. Although it is clear on the website that deliveries come separately, you can’t track these individually so they might appear they might not. There was no email saying the clothing had even arrived. Wouldn’t use again.

Gayle was super helpful! Although my dress would have arrived on time, it was scheduled for later than I needed it for! Contacted customer services and Gayle was extremely helpful. She sent a different size dress and it arrived within 2 days and a perfect fit! The packaging was beautiful and felt it had a personal touch! Will certainly be shopping here again! Thank you Gayle for saving my day! Absolutely enjoyed wearing the dress ?

Fabulous choice of dresses and wonderful customer service. I had the pleasure of dealing with Molly and Gayle, both were really helpful and quickly got back to me when I had a question. A breath of fresh air in comparison to some companies. They made the process very easy for me. I highly recommend and will be purchasing from them in the future.

I recently purchased the Amo Couture White Roma Faux Fur Hooded Coat, and I absolutely love the coat! The coat is beautifully white; it makes me look like a pretty polar bear, and chic snow bunny at the same time. I have gotten so many compliments from strangers, and even co-workers at my workplace. One little detail that I dislike about the coat is there was no zipper to zip up the coat; I prefer a zipper than the hooks, but that’s fine. I would definitely recommend shopping at this store!

Hi so far the customer service has been terrible. The first order looked as if it failed so I ended up getting two sets at circa £600 total. Nothing was suitable (in fact not happy with the quality as one dress came pre damaged) and returned within a couple of days of receipt. I emailed about the duplicate order and got no response. I am waiting for my refund and no response. It’s been well over two weeks now. I emailed about that too and no response.

I tried to send a dress back within a day of receiving it as didn’t fit it’s been sent back to me saying I removed the tags I’ve removed nothing a ribbon attached is still attached and yet the company won’t accept this I am still trying but don’t ever expect your moment back if you need to return it’s a complete joke

I have placed an order 22/10/21 due with 2-7 day delivery, been on LBD site to login to my account, cant do that, its saying not the right password, been on to their help@ and had a bounce back, tried to fill in their contact form and that wont go through, telephone number not in use. Tried to go on to their site through Trustpilot, then click on to their email Help@ still bouncing back. Extremely poor service and now I think I have lost my £95.00 and the dress. Such poor service
